I tried to find a place to download the printer toolbox software and it is nowhere to be found! The 'utilities' software is merely a 'let me help you install your printer' program, and my printer is already installed and using the latest driver. So now where am i supposed to find the printer assistant utilities that do cartridge aligning and cleaning and checking of ink levels, etc. I am 100% disappointed in HP's customer support: no chat, noemail, no nothing - you are left HIGH AND DRY and day after your warranty runs out.

About a month ago my computer crashed and was restored. I have an HP pavilion with windows ME. My printer is an HP deskjet 932C. I have been having trouble with color printing for a while (even before the crash). Some colors are missing and this has happened with 2 different color cartridges. In order to clean the print cartridges, I need to use the HP deskjet toolbox, which should be under programs, but it is not, nor could I find it with a search.
